Doomsday is coming. In this small, strange community, this is the night they predicted the world would end. For some, it’s time to say goodbye and grieve. For others, it’s a golden opportunity to say and do the things they never dared. What choices would you make in society’s last moments? Emotions will run high and rules will inevitably be broken. Our rehearsal process will focus on emotional truths, embracing bold decisions, and finding the balance between funny and serious. As actors, we owe it to the audience to make every moment matter. Whether they love or hate your character, laugh or cry with them, we’re sharing their very last moments with humanity, so let’s make it count.

Charlotte Gittins is a British actress and improviser known for her versatility and talent in improvised theatre. She is a cast member of Austentatious: An Improvised Jane Austen Novel, an award-winning show that creates comedy in the style of Jane Austen based on audience suggestions. Additionally, she is part of the improv duo Folie à Deux and regularly performs with groups such as Monkey Toast and The Bishop. She has also appeared as a guest in improv shows alongside Marcus Brigstocke, Suki Webster, and Ross Noble. Beyond theatre, Charlotte works as a producer and director of international documentaries, collaborating with fascinating talent and close-knit teams to create engaging and emotionally compelling stories. Her credits for major broadcasters span arts, comedy, current affairs, food, history, music, and travel, covering all stages from development to post-production
